We are now looking for summer workers for Saint-Gobain Sweden AB, Isover in Billesholm just outside Helsingborg.

The positions are full-time throughout the summer period. We are primarily looking for those with previous experience in production work, as truck drivers or operators. Working hours vary and are department-specific; we apply both day and shift work, and weekend work may occur.

In your role as a summer worker, you will work in the factory and be part of a team with a strong work ethic where you can work both independently and in a group.

Operators for production lines

The tasks on the production lines are varied and include monitoring production equipment, changing consumables, quality control, adjustments, and forklift driving. The positions involve shift work and following a shift team, i.e., different times of the day (including night and weekend) in a fixed rolling schedule throughout the summer.

Forklift drivers for the logistics department

In our Logistics Department, tasks include forklift driving and handling loading at the warehouse, managing order lists, preparing orders for trucks, and performing order picking with a forklift, unloading and loading trucks.

Warehouse workers for the warehouse

In our warehouse, tasks include physical work such as unpacking goods, forklift driving (if you have a forklift license; otherwise, it is not a requirement), checking inventory, registering goods in the system, and ongoing inventory. During the summer, we take the opportunity to do extra maintenance in the warehouse, so much of the time will be spent organizing, cleaning, changing storage boxes, and organizing our storage locations.

Operators for the quantity and binding agents department

In our Quantity & Binding Agents Department, tasks involve practically managing the flow in the department, which includes control room work, handling alarms, monitoring processes, receiving trucks, etc. The positions involve shift work and following a shift team, i.e., different times of the day (including night and weekend) in a fixed rolling schedule throughout the summer.

Your profile

The personal qualities we are looking for are that you are positive, cheerful, proactive, self-driven, and initiative-taking. The keywords responsible, efficient, and flexible suit you well. Furthermore, you have a technical interest and are curious about the process industry. Since all roles are physically demanding, it is important that you are in good health.

Requirements for all positions

• You are at least 18 years old
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, as you must be able to read and understand instructions.
• For some positions, a forklift license A, B, and B1 is a requirement.

Meritorious for all positions

• Previous experience working in production and process industry, such as machine operator, process operator, forklift driver, mechanic, or similar.
• For production positions, you are currently attending or have attended a technical university, vocational school, or high school education focused on the process industry.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Enjoy development, changes, and improvements
• Driving license B and access to a car
