We are now looking for a Wind Power Planner for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for a project at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. Initially, this is a consulting assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good possibility of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Wind Power Planner, you will be responsible for planning, structuring, and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will work closely with the Site Operations Manager (SOM) and internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal resource utilization and high delivery precision. The role requires both technical understanding and strong administrative skills, focusing on planning, follow-up, and continuous improvement. You will, among other things:

• Plan and schedule preventive service activities and inspections
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and prioritize tasks
• Manage and follow up Work Orders and reporting in the system
• Participate in and lead planning meetings weekly/monthly
• Follow up on KPIs and delivery rates and contribute to improvement work

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience as a wind power technician/senior technician/site lead
• Experience in planning and follow-up of maintenance (PM/CM)
• Good knowledge of work order flows (WO, SO, notifications) in SAP or similar systems
• Ability to work systematically with capacity and resource planning
• Experience coordinating equipment such as cranes and lifting tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital planning tools
• Strong communication skills and analytical approach
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form
