Jobbpunkten is now recruiting a Custodian/Property Manager for the summer season!

Job Responsibilities

As a custodian, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance at the destination. Your tasks will include:

• Performing daily maintenance of facilities, cabins, and common areas
• Carrying out simple carpentry and repair work
• Managing lawn mowing, gardening, and other outdoor tasks
• Addressing issues such as broken lights, minor plumbing problems, and other practical challenges
• Being available for guests and assisting with practical questions during their stay

About the Position

• Summer season with varying hours (20–40 hours/week)
• Working hours include early mornings (from 6:00 AM), evenings (until 10:00 PM), and weekends
• Employment according to the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement

Qualifications

• Driver's license (B) required
• Experience in practical maintenance work, property management, or craftsmanship
• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to work calmly, structured, and solution-oriented
• Basic IT skills and administrative organization
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Criminal record extract
