What we are looking for

As a property manager, you will manage our schools and preschools in Malmö. Traveling between our various units will therefore be part of the job.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, self-driven, and have a knack for practical problem-solving. You maintain a high level of service and are social as you will meet both students and educators. You have good knowledge of and experience in property management or similar tasks. A B driver's license is a requirement. Any form of craft education or previous experience in the construction industry is also advantageous. This position includes a work computer and mobile phone. For this position, fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

• Basic property management and repairs
• Basic carpentry work/improvement work
• Other common janitorial tasks

Employment Type

The position is a permanent employment with a working percentage of 50-75% (Mon-Fri) starting as agreed. We apply a 6-month probationary period for this position.
