Job Description

Are you an experienced service technician with a few years of experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical repairs? Are you passionate about independently solving complex problems and driving smaller projects? Then you might be the one we are looking for! 

PAXXO has a proprietary machine park optimized for manufacturing the company's unique products. As a service technician, you will have a broad and exciting role where your main responsibility will be to ensure that production runs optimally. Together with the rest of the service team, you will work on everything from emergency service to scheduled maintenance on our production equipment. The role also includes ordering spare parts and other supplies.

We are looking for a practical problem solver who loves to get straight to the point, identify root causes, and enjoys complex troubleshooting. You need to be calm and methodical, maintaining your structured approach even when the pace is high. In your work, you are self-driven and take great responsibility for your tasks, but you also work excellently in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere. As technology is constantly evolving, we see that you are curious and have a strong desire to develop and build on your technical skills. Finally, you are someone who actively works on continuous improvements in your own work methods to streamline and enhance quality. 

The position is a permanent employment with working hours Monday to Friday during the day (7-15:30). On-call duty may be included later on, approximately one weekend a month.

Responsibilities

• Industrial maintenance and mechanical repairs on our machinery
• Drive and execute smaller technical projects such as relocating machinery
• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and find long-term solutions
• Work independently and take full responsibility for your tasks, from start to documented completion
• Ensure that all work is performed in a structured manner with safety in focus

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a service technician, maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Good understanding of mechanics and strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Basic knowledge of electricity, able to read simple electrical diagrams, replace sensors, and troubleshoot minor faults
• Knowledge of pneumatics
• Practical ability to disassemble, move, and reassemble machines or machine parts
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and simpler technical documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
• Basic knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
