Service Manager with inclusive leadership and drive!

As a Service Manager with us, you will play a key role in developing and leading our service organization towards future solutions – with a focus on collaboration, diversity, and engagement. The role is part of the management team, which gives you great opportunities to influence the company's development.
About the role
In the role of Service Manager, you are responsible for ensuring high quality and efficiency in our service delivery. You lead a team of engaged employees, both on-site and remotely, and work closely with our customers to create long-term relationships. Your base is in Malmö, but the role also involves travel within Sweden to meet both employees and customers. You will be a central part of developing strategies and processes that strengthen our market position.
- Lead and develop the service organization – both on-site and remotely
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high delivery quality
- Drive improvement projects and implement new working methods
- Budget responsibility and follow-up of KPIs
- Collaboration with other departments to optimize flows
• Base in Malmö, with travel within Sweden.
• The position is a permanent part-time employment (50%) with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Who are we looking for?
- Have experience leading teams and creating an inclusive work environment, even in remote work
- Are structured but flexible – you can juggle many tasks and act quickly when the situation requires it
- Are a strong communicator and facilitator, both internally and in customer relationships
- Enjoy working closely with various customers and have the ability to build long-term relationships
- Are results-oriented and have a business mindset
- Good computer skills
- Are willing to travel to meet both employees and customers and ensure delivery
- Have flawless Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
