We are a family-owned business that has been operating a workshop and engaging in motorsport for over 40 years (since 1989).

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers, even under time pressure, so we strive to serve our customers in the best way possible.

This ensures that every customer can have maximum joy and benefit from their vehicle or machine. A driver's license (B) and experience working in a workshop are required, as well as being a solid, skilled mechanic.

Experience in repairing machines and a strong interest in machinery is required. Ideally, experience with ATVs/UTVs and accessories, preferably from the brands we sell, but if you have experience with similar machines and industries, and have a technical education in vehicle technology, you could be the technician for us.

Data experience is required since all documentation and parts are searched in various exploded views, manuals, and also apply to warranties and troubleshooting, etc. Most of this is done via the internet using suppliers' software and systems. Much of it is in English, so you should be able to READ, UNDERSTAND, and WRITE in ENGLISH.

We place MUCH greater emphasis on your experience and PERSONALITY than on your education.

You have the ability to provide good service even on stressful days. Your surroundings and previous employers describe you as positive and engaged in your work.

We work in a seasonally related industry, which means you must be stress-resistant and accustomed to juggling many tasks at once.

We need to gradually expand with two or perhaps three additional employees in our new showroom and workshop, which will be built in 2026, so if you feel this would suit you.

Requirements:

Driver's license (B) and preferably a motorcycle license is a merit.

You should be passionate about ATVs, motorcycles, and technology, and have experience in repairing and manufacturing parts, welding skills with at least MIG?

Experience working in a workshop?

Are you a solid mechanic? Have you completed a technical education in vehicle technology or equivalent and have about 5-8 years of experience, then you might be our new star mechanic?

ATV & MC SERVICE is an authorized dealer for ATV & UTV machines as well as marine machines, CFMOTO, CFMOTO MC, Can-Am (BRP), TALARIA, KAYO-MOTO, etc.

We perform all common repairs and service work on all other well-known brands of ATV/UTV.

As a mechanic with us, you will work with the latest technology and the two world-leading brands in ATV/UTV/motorcycles as well as their electric vehicles that are also growing in this market.

This places high demands on the technician's knowledge and commitment to the profession.

We perform everything from new installations, regular service, damage repairs, electronic work, modifications, and tuning of vehicles, mapping and adjustments on brake benches may occur.

You are self-driven and can take responsibility for your tasks/work orders. It is extremely important for you and us that you can demonstrate quality awareness and that you are meticulous in your execution.

You should have a pleasant and positive demeanor as well as a pronounced sense of order.
