We at Skånemejerier are now looking for more employees for our maintenance department in Malmö who want to help strengthen our organization. If you have experience working with maintenance, preferably with packaging machines, process equipment, or media, and want to continue developing your technical skills, there is now an opportunity for an exciting job.

Job Description
Working in the maintenance department with us is a free and responsible job; you will work both independently and in teams and take your own initiatives. Your tasks are very varied, but examples of tasks include:

·         Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the dairy's process equipment,
          packaging machines, and ancillary equipment.

·         Performing service and maintenance on valves, refrigeration machines, compressors, tanks, and pumps, etc.

·         Participating in the installation of equipment.

·         Troubleshooting and commissioning of equipment and ancillary equipment.

·         Daily maintenance of ventilation, media systems, and purification plants.

In the maintenance department, we have about 40 employees. In this position, you will primarily work night shifts. In practice, this means that you will alternately be off for 3 weeks, work afternoon shifts for 1 week, and work nights for 4 weeks during an 8-week period, with good market compensation.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in similar work and preferably have a technical high school education or vocational training for electrical or mechanical technicians. You have experience in practical service and maintenance work within manufacturing or process industry with a technical interest and knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as basic electrical knowledge. Experience from dairy production or packaging industry is an advantage. Since you will have many points of contact, it is important that you have good communication skills and can collaborate with colleagues in different parts of the organization. You are responsible and eager to perform good work, as well as curious and open to developing your technical skills.
