You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of new products. The role involves planning work together with your colleagues and service coordinators to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will identify opportunities for upselling and manage on-call work.

Job Responsibilities/Description

• Being a service technician at Hörmann Svenska AB means being the face of our company towards our customers and having daily customer contact.
• You will be part of a service-oriented team that services our customers' objects, including doors, gates, docking stations with loading bridges, and weather seals.
• The work is varied and includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as assembly and installation of new products.
• Plan work together with service coordinators, service managers, and technician colleagues in an efficient manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the current service agreement with the customer.
• Deliver time reports, assembly, and service documentation.
• Work with upselling by identifying improvement measures at the customer's site.
• On-call work is part of the job.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in the door industry.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems or with a focus on automation.
