About the position

Personal Service Technician (PST) is a concept for how we work in our workshops with the customer fully in focus. You will take care of the customer all the way from booking an appointment to the car being ready for pickup. From reception, work planning, service, and repairs to returning the car, payment, and finally following up on the visit.

You service and repair with competence and precision, always with the customer's best interests in mind. You will have advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting programs as well as experienced workshop coaches at your disposal. In our modern brand workshop, you will be part of a team of skilled and friendly colleagues where we believe in creating the best for our customers in the form of services that truly facilitate and contribute to making it fun to own cars from us. Your role is crucial for our success.

Requirements:

• Automotive technical education

• Good computer skills

• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

• Valid driver's license with at least category B

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in the industry.

Employment, scope, location

The position is a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period of six months. The position is located at Bilmånsson in Kristianstad.
