About the Role

As an Operations Technician/Operations Manager, you will work in a continuous 5-shift system with 12-hour shifts. You and your shift team are responsible for:

• Operation and monitoring of the facility
• Optimization of processes and production flows
• Sampling & analysis
• Safe and environmentally conscious production
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Preventive and ongoing maintenance
• Loading and unloading of trucks

The work is varied and combines technology, analysis, and practical tasks.

Who are you?

You have experience as a mechanic, process operator, or operations technician and thrive in a role where technology and problem-solving are in focus. We are looking for someone who is:

• Solution-oriented and technically curious
• Flexible and comfortable working shifts
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a good work climate

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic, operations technician, or operations manager
• Experience with preventive maintenance
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Proficient computer skills and experience with control systems (e.g., ABB)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Competence in welding, mechanics, electrical work, and instrumentation
• Forklift license, loader license, hot work permit
• Gas supervisor training, fall protection training
• Experience with drying, pyrolysis, and the gas industry
• Previous shift work experience
• Furnace operation experience
