The Role

You will lead and develop construction projects with a focus on partnering. You will be key players in shaping work methods, culture, and future teams – a unique opportunity for those who want to combine operational project management with a strategic mission to build the organization.

We are looking for you who

Have several years of experience as, for example, department manager, district manager, contract manager, business area manager, site manager, and project manager in construction. Other roles that are also of interest for the start group are cost manager or purchasing manager. It is important that you are passionate about partnering and believe in it as a model. Therefore, we see that you have previous experience with partnering.

Are a team builder who is motivated to develop both people and the organization.
