Markera specializes in comprehensive solutions in road, street, and land development. We are involved where communities emerge – from complex highway and infrastructure projects to the development of residential and industrial areas. With us, technical excellence is combined with close collaboration, clear responsibility, and high quality in every delivery.

We work together with municipalities, the Swedish Transport Administration, and private actors, participating in projects from early stages to completed construction documents. This means that you will have the opportunity to work long-term, varied, and with real impact.

About the role

As a project manager and/or technical manager in road and land development, you will have a central and operational role in our projects. You will be responsible for technical quality and progress in assignments and be an important contact person for the client, while coordinating the design internally and with other technical areas.

The role suits you who want to focus on technology, coordination, and delivery, and who thrives in an environment where you can work throughout the project chain from early investigations to completion.

Your tasks

  • Work as a project manager and/or technical manager in road, street, and land development.
  • Participate in all phases of the project, such as feasibility studies, road plans, investigations, documentation for detailed plans, as well as design and preparation of construction documents and tender documents.
  • Coordinate and lead the design within your own assignments, in close collaboration with other technical disciplines.
  • Ensure high technical quality, cost awareness, and delivery according to schedule.
  • Be an active and trust-building contact with the client throughout the various phases of the project.
  • Contribute to the development of working methods, technology, and knowledge sharing within the road and land area.

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in road and/or land development and have worked as a project manager, technical manager, or in a similar role. You are confident in your skills, take responsibility, and enjoy driving projects forward together with others.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and communicative. You are motivated by solving complex problems, building trust with clients, and contributing to projects that make a difference in society.

We look forward to your application!
