Paving Worker Team Leader at NCC Asphalt

For the upcoming season (starting in March/April 2026), we are looking for new employees for a large machinery team in NCC Industry's paving operations in Gothenburg. The Role of Paving Worker
As a paving worker, you will work closely with your colleagues, clients, and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the jobs vary, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, which means work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your Profile

You have a basic education equivalent to high school level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. We expect that you have practical experience working with asphalt in a small or large machinery team.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is attentive to time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. Flexibility and adaptability, along with good communication skills, are essential.

Additional Information:
A valid B driver's license is required; BE or CE driver's license is a plus. The position is a seasonal employment/permanent full-time position based in Gothenburg.
