Your Responsibilities

Do you want to take the next step in your career and help lead production in prefab concrete? We are now looking for a dedicated and structured Team Leader for our client in Västergötland.

About the Role:

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations in production. You will lead and distribute work, ensure quality, work environment, and delivery according to plan, and serve as an important link between production and management. You will work closely with the production team and play a central role in creating structure, efficiency, and team spirit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute the daily work in production
• Ensure quality and production goals
• Be responsible for work environment and safety
• Plan resources and staffing
• Follow up and report production results
• Participate in improvement work and efficiency

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in operational leadership within the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to:

• Have experience from prefab concrete or a similar industry
• Have previous leadership experience (meritorious but not required)
• Be structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your leadership
• Have good technical understanding
• Thrive in an operational role close to production
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in structured improvement work
