Site Manager

Do you want to help build the future of Gothenburg together with an engaged team? We at Peab – Northern Community Builders are now looking for a Site Manager for residential construction in the west.

As part of our Gothenburg teams, you will work in a close-knit team with a strong team spirit, where we support each other and have fun along the way. We believe in building both homes and relationships – and we hope you want to be a part of it!

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on production
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule and quality requirements
• Contribute to a safe and secure working environment
• Be a role model for Peab's values: Down-to-earth, Developing, Personal, and Reliable

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in construction, such as a construction engineer or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a site manager in construction projects
• Good understanding of the construction process, occupational safety legislation, and contract law
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and create structure in a dynamic environment
• In this role, one needs to be able to lead through others
• Experience with multi-family housing and new production
• Valid driver's license (B)
