The Role with Us

We need to expand our workforce. As a Team Leader with us, you will work in a team with planning, work management, invoicing, and follow-up of all common tasks within construction work and road maintenance such as summer maintenance and winter road management of the road network. As a team leader, you will also have a lot of customer contacts. The role includes being on call, which means being responsible for weather monitoring and managing communication with subcontractors as well as assisting in the event of traffic accidents. Being on call means working during inconvenient hours.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in construction work, water and sewage work, and/or operation and road maintenance work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

The work involves a great variety of tasks throughout the year, and even the workweek can look very different. You are comfortable working with follow-up and documentation and understand the importance of good order and tidiness. You also have a knack for systems and possess technical skills, as many different types of systems are used in the role.

Additional Information

The employment is a permanent position, with a probationary period applied.
