Olofsson Bygg is growing and is now looking for an engaged and driven Site Manager or Project Leader who wants to take responsibility and contribute to successful projects. About the position

In this role, you will work to lead and drive construction projects of varying scope, depending on your experience and level of responsibility. The tasks include planning, resource allocation, financial follow-up, documentation, and coordination between different stakeholders. You may be responsible for your own assignments with overall responsibility or be part of the project organization in larger projects alongside other key roles.

The projects are primarily focused on concept constructions, with a particular emphasis on restaurant establishments throughout Sweden. During the construction periods, you will mainly be out in the projects from Monday to Thursday, which means traveling to different locations depending on the project's placement. The role suits you who thrives in a varied everyday life and appreciates the opportunity to work on a project basis in different places.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant university or vocational education in construction, for example as a construction engineer, or equivalent work experience
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience as a Site Manager or Project Leader in the construction industry
