About the position

Climacare primarily works with existing property stock. Our strength lies in a broad understanding of a well-functioning, and operationally adapted indoor climate. Climacare identifies property and process-specific conditions, coordinates all HVAC technical supply systems, and optimizes operations. At the same time, creating economic added value and reducing the ecological footprint greatly contributes to our job satisfaction and professional pride! We adapt and optimize operations and perform technical service on, for example: schools, residential buildings, industrial environments, and sports halls.

You will primarily work with tenant adaptations and energy optimization in existing properties, but new construction projects as well as smaller service contracts and pure service assignments also occur. You will work with professional clients, both in the private and public sectors, and in close collaboration with other installation disciplines within Climacare.

Who are you?

For us, it is important that all work is performed with high quality and service level. We are looking for someone who has a strong drive in their work and enjoys environments with varying tasks. We prefer that you are a meticulous and solution-oriented person with high engagement and good collaboration skills.

In addition to this, we also see that you have the following:

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Swedish
• Have a valid driver's license (requirement)
• Industry certified in HVAC (requirement)

It is a plus if you also have:

• Safe Water certification
• Hot Work certification
• Lift training
