Site Manager for Growing Construction Company in the Trestad Region – Seize the Opportunity to Shape Future Projects!

Your Role

We are now looking for a driven site manager for the Trestad region who wants to help further develop the business. You will have a key role with overall responsibility for projects in earthworks and construction – from planning and budgeting to execution and handover. You will lead production, be responsible for personnel, finances, and timelines, and be the company's face towards customers and partners. You will report directly to the project manager and have great opportunities to influence both work methods and business.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading construction projects and a solid background in earthworks and/or construction work. You are confident in managing project finances, timelines, and resources, and thrive in a role where you can take significant responsibility.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
