From about 40 factories across the country, they manufacture and deliver both fresh concrete and prefabricated concrete elements of really high quality. Job Description

The team's primary task is to jointly deliver high-quality concrete and outstanding service to our customers. In practice, the job involves monitoring the mixing of binders, aggregates, and water to the desired consistency. The factory then needs to be prepared and maintained, raw materials must be handled, and sampling must take place. The composition of the team varies slightly at different factories to match customer needs. The most common roles are:

• Process Operator
• Responsible Operations Manager
• Concrete Technician
• Sampler
• Factory Support

Working hours are scheduled for evenings and nights.

Qualifications

You are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment and have a quality-conscious attitude. The job can be physically demanding at times, but a normal level of fitness is sufficient. We have tools and working methods that facilitate the heaviest tasks.
A B driver's license is required.
Certification in Factory Concrete Production Class 2-T is required.
