The Role

At REKO Construction & Project Management, we offer our clients professional consultants in design management, project management, and project control. We work for the benefit of society and help our clients manage their property portfolios in the best way possible. In your role as a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will lead the projects with overall responsibility for time, budget, quality, and customer relations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, design, and procurement of construction projects
• Planning and leading our various construction and renovation projects from feasibility study to handover
• Establishing schedules and budgets
• Leading construction meetings and coordinating contractors
• Maintaining close communication with our clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the projects
• Monitoring the project's financial results and reporting to the client

Who are you?

We believe you have a minimum of 3-5 years of documented construction technical experience in roles such as project manager, site manager, or consultant in the construction and/or real estate industry.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Knowledge of construction law
• A background in the contracting industry
• Experience in new construction within real estate and/or industry
• Previous experience as a consultant in the construction and/or real estate industry
• BAS-P & BAS-U
