On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced and strong start trio within construction who wants to take the next step in their career and help build a new construction organization in Borås. Our client is already established with strong results and is now entering an expansive phase where they want to grow further and strengthen their presence in the region. The Role

You will lead and develop construction projects. You will be key figures in shaping work methods, culture, and future teams – a unique opportunity for those who want to combine operational project management with a strategic mission to build the organization.

We are looking for you who

Have several years of experience as, for example, department manager, district manager, contract manager, business area manager, site manager, and project manager within construction. Other roles that are also of interest for the start group are cost manager or purchasing manager. You are a team builder who is motivated to develop both people and the organization.
