RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a substitute preschool teacher for Tidans Preschool.

In the role of preschool teacher, you will work with the curriculum as a basis for daily activities and have overall responsibility for ensuring that the guidelines of the curriculum are followed. You are responsible for adapting methods, content, and responses based on each child's specific conditions. In your work, you have access to digital tools that can be used as support in teaching.

At the preschool, we work in teams where we have close collaboration in collegial learning. Together with other colleagues, you create conditions for children's learning. Your work contributes to creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, and you are an important part of their daily lives and development.

Our operations are based on continuous collaboration and development of education, which means that it is important that you also have good collaboration skills in relation to colleagues, children, parents, and other partners both within and outside the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to be a licensed preschool teacher or a licensed teacher for early ages with a focus on preschool. You are a curious and co-learning educator with a positive attitude who plans education based on children's needs and the preschool's curriculum. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you have experience working in preschool, we consider it an advantage.

Presenting a criminal record extract is a requirement before employment.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se.
