Music Educator for Two Preschools in Angered (40 %)

We are looking for an engaged and creative music educator who wants to work with children's learning and creativity through music.

We are two preschools in Angered that have received funding to conduct music activities for our children. We are now looking for a music educator who can work with us two days a week (40 %) for one year.

We value good relationships, both with children, guardians, and colleagues, and see you as an important role model in the children's lives. Together we build community for both big and small!

About the Assignment

You will work one day a week at each preschool where you plan and conduct music lessons where children can sing, play instruments, and discover the joy of music. You create joyful, inclusive music moments with singing, rhythm, movement, and instruments and collaborate with other staff in the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher or trained childcare worker with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure and good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can develop at their own pace. You also have:

• An interest in and preferably experience with music and music education
• Experience working with children in preschool
• Are secure, attentive, and have a pedagogical approach
• Good ability to build relationships with children and colleagues
