You will:

provide care, support, and service as well as personal care based on assessed needs
work preventively in performing daily tasks
document in the operational system
create a safe and meaningful existence in [example ordinary housing].

You must have:

nursing assistant education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
good telephone and computer skills
driver's license B
good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you also have:

knowledge and experience of documentation
experience of working in healthcare with similar assignments.
