Temporary Night Care Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a night care assistant, you are a central part of our team. You work to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and security during the night. Your main responsibilities include:

• Care: Provide support in personal hygiene, mobility, and other needs.
• Supervision: Ensure that residents feel safe and receive the help they need during the night.
• Documentation: Keep accurate notes on the residents' well-being and interventions.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and nurses to create a safe and quality care environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained care assistant; experience in healthcare is meritorious but not a requirement. We also see good interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a desire to make a difference for others as important qualities. You also need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, and a B driver's license is required for this position.
