Health Center Sälen operates an exciting seasonally varied business within healthcare, focusing on both planned and acute care. The resident population is approximately 3,600 people, but during the peak season, over 120,000 visitors come to Sälenfjällen. The surrounding area has a distinct rural character with long distances and 100 kilometers to the nearest hospital.

We have a stable staffing of all personnel categories and maintain good collaboration among ourselves. We continuously work on employee satisfaction and workplace environment issues through initiatives like SAMS. The workforce doubles during the winter season, particularly hiring more nurses, doctors, and medical secretaries. In short, this is a stimulating workplace year-round and especially eventful during the winter season - and there are great opportunities for an active leisure time for those who enjoy forests and mountains.

Nurse Health Center Sälen Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you play a key role in the daily operations of the health center. You work both in scheduled appointments and in acute care. You are also responsible for telephone advice in the TeleQ system as well as digital care via 1177 Direct, among other tasks. We work closely together while allowing ample room for independence and personal development.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a licensed nurse.

Preferred:

• Experience from similar work is an advantage.

Personal qualities:

You find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and are flexible as your role varies and consists of different tasks. You have good communication skills and are confident in your nursing responsibilities. You enjoy both fast-paced and quieter periods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
