Job Description

We are looking for a System Administrator within ERP for an operational and hands-on role focusing on stability and quality in financial applications. The role involves responsibility for the ongoing management of existing ERP and financial systems, primarily related to AX Finance and adjacent applications. At the same time, a major change is underway as a new ERP platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is being implemented, making this role central to ensuring continuity during the transition.

The assignment includes planning, prioritizing, and coordinating management activities, handling incidents and support cases, as well as following up on problems and actions. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers and drive improvements in the management processes. The role also includes proactive efforts in preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure stable operations and minimize risks.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience with ERP, financial systems, Microsoft AX.
• You have a very good understanding of financial processes such as accounting, closing, invoice management, payments, reconciliations, and related master data flows.
• You have experience with ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change).
• You have documented experience in managing and coordinating support deliveries and supplier relationships.
• You have a good technical understanding of ERP platforms and integration flows.

You are communicative and collaborative and have an easy time building trust with both the business and suppliers. You work proactively and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify risks early and suggest relevant actions. With a process-oriented approach, you see the whole and dependencies in complex financial flows and ERP landscapes. At the same time, you are stable and self-driven and can push the work forward even with limited guidance.
