With over two decades of experience with Microsoft CRM, Releye is one of Sweden's most experienced and specialized partners in Dynamics Customer Engagement. We primarily work with clients in the banking and finance sectors, where the demands for security, regulations, safety, and business-critical processes are high.

Our clients choose us for our:

  • Deep domain expertise in finance
  • Strong methods for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Long experience of successful implementations
  • Focus on user value, adoption, and business benefits

With us, you will be part of a knowledge-driven and warm consulting company where people and development are at the center. Among the things our employees value the most are:

  • Competence development - mentorship, R&D days, certifications, and learning.
  • Technical challenges - we always work with the latest technology within Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Social culture - after-work events, breakfasts, activities, and a genuine community.
  • Central office - right on Kungsgatan in Stockholm

Do you want to help shape the future of CRM solutions? At Releye, you have the chance to take a central role in one of Sweden's most experienced and niche Dynamics teams. We have worked with Microsoft's CRM platform for over 20 years - since CRM 1.0 - and today we are one of the few players that combine deep domain knowledge in banking and finance with top-level technical expertise.

We are now looking for a Technical Architect who wants to help further develop our clients' digital platforms while also contributing to our internal technology drive. With us, you will become a key person who drives technical decisions, sets architectural standards, and helps our clients transform complex requirements into scalable, smart, and sustainable solutions.

This is what your everyday life looks like

As a Technical Architect, you will have a varied role with great responsibility and technical freedom. You will, among other things:

  • Build bridges between teams and technology: act as a link between the Dynamics 365 team, clients' IT environments, and other stakeholders.
  • Design and analyze: develop architecture, integrations, and technical solutions that meet both business needs and long-term IT strategies.
  • Take technical leadership: lead development teams, ensure technical quality, and drive projects forward through clear requirements, direction, and best practices.
  • Work proactively: identify technical risks, ensure documentation, follow security requirements, and drive work according to regulations such as GDPR.
  • Participate in presales: handle technical questions, contribute to solution design, and support upselling and the client's strategic development.

We are looking for someone who

Has a combination of deep technical competence, independence, and a natural drive to create robust solutions.

Technical competence

  • Experienced technical system architect with a broad IT background and a very good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and related integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience in the software development cycle and at least 3 years in architectural roles, preferably as lead architect in Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects.
  • Strong experience with advanced integrations, database management, and system design beyond standard functionality.
  • Good understanding of design patterns, data modeling, and handling large data sets.
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks and leading teams in technical implementation.
  • Knowledge of data security, data migration/ETL, and programming (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript).
  • Meritorious: Azure services, API design, DevOps processes.

Education and experience

  • Academic education in IT, computer science, or similar.
  • Documented experience in technical leadership and delivery of complex IT projects.

Personal qualities

  • Problem-solving and analytical - sees connections and finds creative solutions.
  • Communicative - can explain technology to both technical and non-technical roles, in both Swedish and English.
  • Self-driven - takes initiative, drives own work, and keeps the whole together.
  • Team-oriented leader - inspires and collaborates for the best results.
