The Finance Department within the municipal executive office consists of four sections: accounting, budget and operational management, procurement, and strategic local supply. The Accounting Section is responsible for the municipality's accounting, the overall accounting of the municipal group, and manages and develops the municipality's financial systems. The section drives several digitization and change processes and actively contributes to achieving the municipality's digitization goals. We are looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to continued development. Currently, 15 people work in the section, three of whom are system administrators.

Job Description

The work involves close collaboration with colleagues in the administration as well as many contacts within the municipality's various operations. It also means being the external contact person, primarily towards the supplier of our financial system. The municipality currently uses Unit4 ERP as its financial system but will switch to Raindance during the year. In the role of system administrator, your tasks will include:

• Contributing to the implementation of a new financial system
• Acting as the municipality's technical expert support regarding the financial system
• Working with ongoing maintenance and data management in the system
• Writing and updating job descriptions
• Implementing new features and upgrades
• Responsible for and developing integrations
• Driving and participating in development projects
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the municipality's IT department
• Conducting internal training on system issues as needed

Your Profile

To succeed as a system administrator, you are driven and can work both independently and in a team. You are solution-oriented and can structure your work effectively. You work with a focus on development and take the initiative to improve routines and working methods. It is also important that you have good communication skills in both spoken and written form.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in systems science or equivalent, such as computer science
• Several years of experience as a system administrator for financial systems and Raindance. Experience with Unit4 ERP or other major financial systems is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
• Experience from the public sector is considered an advantage

The position is full-time and the start date is according to agreement.
