Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced Master Data Specialist who wants to take on the role of migration coordinator from the business in an ongoing system implementation. The assignment is very hands-on and requires a deep understanding of maintenance data in EAM environments, preferably within the energy sector.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will act as the business's spider in the web for data migration and quality assurance. You will work closely with test management, IT, and the business to ensure that the data migrated to new systems is correct, complete, and usable in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure the quality of migrated master data from the business perspective
• Compare and analyze data extracts from old and new systems
• Perform hands-on data cleansing and corrections directly in the systems
• Propose corrections and coordinate with the business
• Work systematically with follow-ups even when dependencies and responses are delayed
• Collaborate closely with test management and other key roles in the project

We are looking for someone who has

• Practical experience with master data, preferably in SAP and/or EPPM
• Experience in data migration and data validation
• Worked with maintenance operations and EAM data
• Excellent Excel skills for analysis and quality assurance
• Good experience using AI tools to streamline work
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and persistently
• A communicative and proactive working style

Qualifications

• Experience from projects in data migration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• University or college degree

You are analytical, meticulous, and confident in working operationally with data. You dare to take initiative, propose solutions, and drive issues forward in collaboration with the business.
