We are looking for a Requirements Analyst for a critical public sector operation. You will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the organization and translating them into well-structured system requirements that are clear to both developers and testers. The role involves close collaboration with the organization, development teams, and other internal and external stakeholders, and you will work in cross-functional teams in both management and projects.

The assignment includes security classification and imposes high demands on quality, traceability, and updated requirements documentation.

• Conduct requirements gathering in close dialogue with the organization and development teams.
• Plan and conduct requirements interviews and lead requirements meetings.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to collect, anchor, and ensure the quality of requirements.
• Conduct investigations and feasibility studies related to needs and solution proposals.
• Coordinate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate and document business rules related to requirements.
• Ensure traceability and keep requirements documentation updated during changes and further development.
• Work systematically in Azure DevOps for managing requirements and related documentation.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst in the last 6 years.
• Experience in conducting requirements interviews and meetings.
• Experience in leading and facilitating workshops.
• Experience in conducting investigations and feasibility studies.
• Experience in coordinating and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in coordinating and documenting business rules related to requirements.
• Experience working in Azure DevOps.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
• Good knowledge of Swedish.

• Academic degree as an engineer, systems scientist, or equivalent.
• Experience in information modeling.
• Experience with Modern Requirements.
