Be part of making society possible!

About the Job

The IT department of the Swedish Tax Agency provides IT services to several authorities beyond the Tax Agency itself. These services can include operations, infrastructure, IT workplace, as well as application development and management. Collaboration and partnership are key words in this mission as the driving force lies in collectively increasing the benefit for the specific authority and for society at large.

The section you will belong to is under construction and consists of several Key Account Managers (KAM) who together are tasked with developing the ability to deliver to other authorities. As a Key Account Manager, you will handle contacts with the connected authorities that the IT department serves. You are responsible for developing and maintaining a good and trustworthy relationship, being attentive and capturing the needs and challenges of the connected authority, both in the short and long term. In this role, you will also be the representative of the connected authority at the IT department of the Swedish Tax Agency, where you develop a good network to ensure that new needs, questions, escalations, etc., are addressed.

The role involves leading collaboration at both strategic and tactical levels. You ensure that the connected authority and the IT department of the Swedish Tax Agency know what they need to adhere to in the agreement made between the authorities for collaboration and delivery of IT services. You act if there is a need for interpretations or if problems arise. You are also responsible for the financial aspects such as budget, forecasts, follow-up, and invoicing in collaboration with the connected authority.

With us, you will have the opportunity for continuous development and learning in your work. You have knowledgeable colleagues to exchange experiences with, and you can develop both breadth and depth with us. Thanks to being a large IT organization, we can offer good opportunities for internal mobility. It is important to us that you have a balance between work and leisure, and we offer, among other things, flexible working hours and the possibility to work partly from home. You will receive a wellness hour each week and wellness allowance.

The IT department of the Swedish Tax Agency actively works to promote an inclusive workplace characterized by equality and diversity where all employees have equal opportunities to contribute and develop.
