We are looking for a UX Research Operations Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment within banking, life, and insurance. Background The design team supports several development teams with research and design to ensure that digital services create maximum customer value and strengthen the business. To take the next step, clearer structures, more efficient processes, and better tool support within UX research are needed. Here, you will play a key role in establishing and driving the ResearchOps work forward.

About the role As a UX Research Operations Specialist, you will work closely with designers, researchers, and other stakeholders to identify needs and challenges related to research. You will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing relevant research tools.

You will create and manage structures for insight sharing and data storage. You will establish and document processes for recruiting test subjects. You will support and educate the design team in research methodology and tool usage. You will ensure that research insights are disseminated, understood, and utilized in the development teams. You will act as an advisor to design management on issues related to methods, processes, and tools.

Competence requirements Several years of experience in UX research, preferably with a focus on ResearchOps Very good knowledge of tools and processes for collecting, documenting, and sharing research data and insights Experience in implementing and driving research processes in larger organizations Good understanding of how different research methods complement each other Familiarity with relevant AI tools throughout the research process Excellent communication skills in Swedish
