COBOL Consultant

Avanti is an interim and recruitment company that has helped its clients find the best specialists and managers for their operations - regardless of industry - with very good results for many years.

We are now looking for more COBOL consultants for our consulting operations.

We want to connect with both those of you who are currently self-employed and looking for a partner, as well as those who wish to be employed by Avanti. Many of our assignments are filled through our network, and some will be advertised on our website. In general, we always make a careful selection of handpicked consultants for each assignment, and we value your experience and skills. The match must be perfect for both the client and you as a consultant; we take an active role in the dialogue to ensure that the right conditions exist for a successful assignment.

Examples of situations where the need for a consultant may arise include illness, parental leave, during a recruitment process, during projects, or simply as support during a certain period. We also assist with consulting support in development - when the company is growing and needs managers and specialists but is not yet ready to hire itself. The scope can therefore vary greatly, full/part-time, short and long assignments. Here we are attentive to what suits you best.
