Tech Lead OOH (Out-of-Home) for Business Area Parcel

We are now recruiting for the position of Tech Lead OOH (Out-of-Home) for the Parcel Business Area.

You, us, and the job

As Tech Lead OOH, you will have overall responsibility for developing, standardizing, and future-proofing PostNord's systems related to OOH – which includes parcel boxes, agents, partner points, and digital ancillary services. This includes development and analysis to optimize various standardized IT solutions. In this role, you will combine technical innovation with system development to support PostNord's digital strategy and secure future needs.

What you will do

• Develop and own a technical roadmap for OOH including hardware, software, platforms, IoT, sensors, APIs, and integrations.
• Lead technical project teams and cross-functional initiatives both in Sweden and in the Nordic region.
• Define development requirements for other units based on business needs.
• Ensure modular and scalable technical solutions for Nordic expansion.
• Document and present results in the form of reports, technical specifications, and decision-making materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that OOH technology meets requirements regarding security, data protection, energy, sustainability, and regulations.

What you bring

• Academic degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably within OOH.
• Deep knowledge in machine learning, system architecture, cybersecurity, big data, or cloud infrastructure.
• Previous programming experience (Python, Java, C++, or similar).
• Good understanding of logistics flows at a technical level (EDI, booking flows, sorting logic, distribution logic).
• Experience working with customer requirements and recipient behaviors.
• Ability to work with both theoretical research and practical development.
