Full-Stack Developer with Leadership Drive Wanted

This is not a role for every developer, and that is intentional.

We are looking for a full-stack developer with leadership drive – a person who is technically strong, produces independently, and simultaneously takes responsibility for quality, cohesion, and direction in daily work. Someone whom others listen to, not because it is stated in a title, but because it shows in how you think, prioritize, and act.

With us, you will be a key person in the development of our EdTech platform Kentaur and our customer portal. You will work closely with our Tech Lead and serve as a natural extension of the team. This is not about formal managerial responsibility, but about holding together the delivery in practice: picking up threads, seeing connections, ensuring quality, and driving things all the way to completion.

The role suits you if you have worked a few years after your education and feel that the next step is not “more code,” but more responsibility – without letting go of the technical side. You know how a workplace really functions, including the unwritten rules, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with trust and expectations.

You write code every week, but you also think about structure, sustainability, and usability. You help others improve, identify risks early, and ensure that what is built actually holds up – technically, functionally, and over time.

In your daily work, this includes:

  • developing and further developing functionality in React and Next.js
  • working with backend and data in Supabase (PostgreSQL)
  • quality assuring the team’s deliveries and code structure
  • providing ongoing feedback to the Tech Lead regarding technology, decisions, and improvements
  • contributing project management skills such as prioritization, follow-up, and holistic perspective

We believe that you:

  • have 2–5 years of experience as a developer after your education
  • are comfortable with our tech stack and quickly adapt to new contexts
  • are a “best in class” person: ambitious, meticulous, and responsible
  • have a clear 3D perspective – you see both details and the big picture
  • are communicative, pedagogical, and clear in collaborations
  • have a good memory for contexts, decisions, and dependencies
  • have an entrepreneurial drive and enjoy improving, simplifying, and owning problems

This is not the right role if you prefer to have tasks handed to you, avoid responsibility outside your own code, or seek a purely junior or maintenance role. However, it is the right role if you want trust, visibility, and the opportunity to grow towards greater technical and leadership responsibilities over time.

We offer a clear key role in a smaller team where your contribution is truly noticed, modern technologies, and real problems to solve. The role is based in Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work, and we offer flexible working hours, wellness benefits, and collective agreements.

If you recognize yourself in this description, the chances are high that we should talk.
