We are now looking to expand our team with more senior technicians, where we help our clients ensure the operation, optimization, and development of their IT environments. As a System Administrator Consultant with us, you will play a central role in creating stable, secure, and efficient IT environments for our clients. You will work closely with the operations, often on-site with the client, and have the opportunity to use your experience to improve and develop their technical environments. The role combines operational work with strategic advice – perfect for you who want both variety and responsibility.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with a wide range of technical and operational tasks that require both depth and breadth in competence. You will be involved in everything from daily operations to development and change projects.

• Operation, maintenance, and development of clients' IT environments.

• Administration of servers (Windows/Linux), networks, and user accounts.

• Implementation and migration of systems, applications, and cloud solutions.

• Ensuring IT security, backup, and recovery procedures.

• Automation of processes and improvement of operational flows.

• Technical advice and documentation.

• Troubleshooting and incident management with a focus on quality and speed.

Your background We are looking for someone with solid experience and a broad technical understanding. You are confident in your role, self-driven, and enjoy having direct contact with clients. Your problem-solving ability and engagement make you a valued partner.

• At least 5 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a consulting role or client-facing environment.

• Good knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.

• Experience with networks, firewalls, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

• Ability to work independently and drive assignments from start to finish.

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a client-oriented manner.
