We are now looking for an experienced UX Research Operations Specialist for an assignment with a larger organization in banking, life, and insurance. The design team supports development teams with research and design to ensure that digital services create maximum value for users and the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and structuring the organization's work in UX research. The focus is on establishing effective processes, tools, and methods for ResearchOps, as well as improving how insights are documented, shared, and utilized within the organization.

The assignment is on-site in Stockholm, with no possibility for remote work.

As a UX Research Operations Specialist, you will:

• Map needs and challenges together with designers, researchers, and stakeholders

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement research tools

• Create and manage structures for insight sharing and data storage

• Establish and document processes for recruiting test participants

• Support and educate the design team in research methodology and tool usage

• Ensure that research insights are disseminated and used in development teams

• Advise design leadership on methods, processes, and tools

• Several years of experience in UX research

• Documented experience in ResearchOps

• Very good knowledge of tools and processes for collecting, documenting, and sharing research data

• Experience in implementing and driving research processes in larger organizations

• Good understanding of how different research methods complement each other

• Familiarity with relevant AI tools throughout the research process

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Independent, structured, and proactive

• Pedagogical and clear in your communication

• Driven to create order and help others succeed

• Assignment period: February 16, 2026 – October 16, 2026

• Scope: Full-time

• Location: Stockholm (on-site work, no remote)

• Employment type: Consultancy assignment – you will be employed by us and rented out to the client
