We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with strong competence in Quadient Inspire to join our client’s team. You are collaborative, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in cross-functional environments.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing and maintaining our output solutions while supporting the ongoing migration from ISIS Papyrus to the Quadient Inspire platform. You will contribute to both technical excellence and continuous improvement within our output management landscape.

• Develop, configure, and maintain document templates and flows in Quadient Inspire, ensuring high-quality output across both print and digital channels
• Optimize template performance, document generation, and runtime behavior
• Collaborate closely with product specialists, project teams, and IT developers to ensure smooth transitions and robust solution delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of output management processes, architecture, and best practices
• Support the migration from ISIS Papyrus to Inspire, including rebuilding templates, testing, validation, and quality assurance

• Proven hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire, including Designer, Content Manager, Automation, and Interactive
• Strong skills in advanced template logic, dynamic content configuration, and conditional structures
• Experience developing and maintaining master templates and reusable content components
• Solid competence in data model design and binding structured data to templates
• Strong understanding of document output formats such as PDF and AFP
• Experience in template development, debugging, and performance optimization within Customer Communication Management (CCM) environments
• Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and CMIS
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Scripting experience using JavaScript and/or PQL
• Experience working with XML/XSD for structured data modeling and validation
• Previous experience with ISIS Papyrus

Start: As soon as possible
Scope: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Stockholm office/Flexible
Language: English (basic understanding of Swedish is preferred)
Engagement: Consulting assignment
