About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who wants to work within a framework agreement with exciting assignments in digitization and IT development. You will lead and coordinate projects from feasibility study to implementation, often in collaboration with several internal teams and external suppliers.

The assignments vary but usually involve mission-critical IT systems, integrations, cloud solutions, and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive IT projects from start to delivery
• Plan, follow up, and report on time, budget, and quality
• Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers
• Be responsible for communication with stakeholders and steering group
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to management

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience in leading complex IT or digitization projects
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work structured with multiple parallel activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the public sector or large organizations
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience in procurement, requirements specification, or supplier management
