Personal Assistant to CEO and Head of Booking

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about live entertainment? We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our CEO – Head of Booking in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the core of a growing live entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication
• Coordinate venue bookings and maintain accurate schedules
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Production, and Marketing teams
• Assist with event coordination and booking logistics
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
• Strong communication abilities in English (Swedish and other languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Previous experience in entertainment or events is an advantage
