Responsibilities

We support each other with all the tasks that exist in the unit, and the authority's assignments may also lead to additional tasks beyond those described in the advertisement.

You will work on processing cases where the County Administrative Board serves as the appellate body, such as decisions under the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code.

You will also work on handling administrative matters within various legal areas. Your responsibilities will also include providing qualified legal support to other units, working with cross-authority steering documents, participating in national government assignments, and educating the authority in various legal areas.

There is an opportunity to participate in common networks where you meet and exchange experiences with colleagues in other counties. Your tasks will vary over time based on the needs of the unit and your experience.

Qualifications

A law degree or equivalent education that the employer deems relevant.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience working with data protection issues
• Experience working with total defense legal issues
• Experience working at a County Administrative Board.

Conditions

The County Administrative Board is a total defense authority. Security checks with background checks are conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act before a hiring decision is made. Swedish citizenship is required for the position. Employment comes with an obligation to be assigned to a war position and to serve in our crisis management organization in the event of an incident.
