About the Job

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our Student Pool at Claims Service: a team that plays a key role in our customers' first contact with us. Here you meet people in various situations, help them along the way, and ensure they have a quick, safe, and personal start to their journey with us.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and has the opportunity to work extra alongside your studies, and can work during periods of higher staffing needs, such as Christmas, New Year, and especially during the summer of 2026 when we need to strengthen with full-time positions.

Examples of Tasks:

• Receive and assist customers with questions about damages, inspections, and pests
• Register damage reports and supplements
• Provide guidance in simpler damage cases and redirect as needed
• Staff our reception and welcome customers on-site in Kalmar
• Other administrative tasks

Over time, you may also have the opportunity to grow in the role and learn simpler claims handling and deepen your competence in various insurance areas.

You are a Student

You are a student at a university or college and preferably have experience in service, customer service, or administration. You enjoy meeting people and like to find solutions, even when the pace is high.

You are curious, engaged, and want to contribute to development, while also being a team player who thrives in collaboration and enjoys helping others. Creating and maintaining personal and trusting relationships with people around you feels natural to you. Periodically, we have high pressure, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the work pace increases. You work in a structured manner and can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and you are accustomed to using digital tools and IT systems. You are fluent in Swedish and can handle English well.

The position is a temporary hourly employment located at our office in Kalmar. During the summer period (approximately weeks 23-35), the position is full-time. Start date can be agreed upon. The introductory training is planned to start in March/April, and discussions about the setup will take place during the interview.

Candidates who meet the basic requirements will receive a link to a personality test and a problem-solving test. This is part of our selection process. We work competency-based throughout the recruitment process.
