Job Description

CA Fastigheter is looking for a driven and meticulous accounting economist who wants to work with qualified accounting and financial management.

In this role, you will be responsible for the liquidity flows of the CA group and ensure high quality in ongoing accounting and related reconciliations.

The position of accounting economist includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Ongoing accounting
• Reconciliations and financial statements
• Responsible for managing the CA group's liquidity flows
• Customer and internal invoicing
• Responsible for VAT reporting
• Project administration
• Drive continuous improvements of own processes and systems

You thrive in this type of work and carry it out with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

The position is based at the head office in Kalmar, and you will report to the CFO. You will be employed as a consultant with us at NearYou and leased to our client CA Fastigheter AB. The position is full-time and starts immediately.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in accounting, at least at the bachelor's level, or equivalent experience from a similar position for a few years.

You have solid experience in ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements, as well as good knowledge of business systems. A basic understanding of VAT is important, and you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good command of English.

As a person, you are very meticulous, structured, and analytical, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting deadlines. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and actively contribute to a coordinated and well-functioning team.
