JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you confident, engaged, and good at building strong relationships? Do you want to work closely with managers and support them with your expertise in personnel matters and contribute with value-creating solutions? Then you are the HR partner we are looking for! Mörbylånga Municipality is now seeking a driven and committed HR partner who wants to contribute with their experience and competence. Our team consists of four HR partners and an HR manager. You will join a team with great commitment, good collaboration, and an open and inclusive work climate.
As an HR partner, you are an important support to our managers in both operational and strategic HR matters. You work broadly with everything from labor law and recruitment to competence development and change management. The role means that you are an advisor, sounding board, and driving force in developing our HR processes.
As an HR partner, you will:
- Support managers in personnel matters, labor law, and rehabilitation.
- Drive and develop HR processes and routines.
- Drive and develop digital management support within the HR area.
- Participate in recruitment work and competence supply.
- Contribute to change and development projects.
- Ensure that HR work complies with laws, agreements, and guidelines.
- Identify needs and contribute to managers' competence development, as well as create and lead training for the municipality's managers.
As an HR partner, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues within the unit while taking personal responsibility and driving HR matters within your area of responsibility. Since the role involves independent work, it requires that you have good confidence in your own abilities and the courage to make decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a relevant education in HR, human resources, or a similar field. You should have experience in broad HR work, preferably within the public sector. You have good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements and the ability to work independently and drive processes forward. Experience with the systems Stratsys, Qlik, esMaker, InfoCaption, and Adato may be advantageous.

As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have an easy time working systematically with multiple tasks simultaneously. You prioritize and drive your work forward in an independent and thoughtful manner. You should also be attentive, meaning you are good at understanding needs and building good relationships, as well as being confident and clear, thus daring to stand by your case and communicate clearly.
