Do you want to play a central role in the authority's information management and ensure that documents are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations? Then this could be the role for you.
About the position
The role involves being responsible for the authority's ongoing information management and ensuring that all handling of documents is done correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations. The tasks include daily mail opening as well as registration, archiving, and dispatching of incoming and outgoing documents. You will also work with the release of public documents according to the principle of public access and conduct confidentiality assessments upon requests for extracts. In addition, quality assurance of registered documents is included to ensure that the information is correct and complete. If necessary, you will support the organization in matters related to registration and handling of public documents to contribute to a uniform and well-functioning document management.
You will be part of a team together with other registrars, where the work is based on close cooperation and continuous communication with the entire authority. The workgroup consists of five registrars and two release handlers.
The registrar function is placed within the unit for Registration and Procurement, which is also responsible for procurement, archives, information management, and the release of public documents. The unit has a total of 14 employees and is led by a unit manager.

We are looking for you who have:
- completed upper secondary education
- at least 2 years of work experience in registration, classification, and registration of public documents
- work experience in the application of the principle of public access, the confidentiality act, the administrative procedure act, and the archives act
- work experience in case and document management systems
- work experience in confidentiality assessment and release of public documents
- good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious for the position if you have:
- work experience in the public sector
- work experience with Public 360.
