We need to temporarily strengthen our HR department and are now looking for an HR consultant with a focus on work environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR consultant focused on work environment, you will work both strategically and operationally with HR processes within the work environment area. Your focus will be to support managers, employees, and HR colleagues in both ongoing and long-term work environment efforts within Vimmerby municipality. As part of this, you will, among other things, conduct training in work environment for managers and safety representatives. There will also be opportunities to work with additional HR processes from a broad, consultative HR perspective, which will be adapted based on the needs of the operations and your interests and competencies. For example, recruitment and/or work-life rehabilitation.
You will be part of our HR team consisting of HR consultants, HR administrators, HR strategists, and HR specialists. Together, we have a broad competence within HR, and with our different roles, we contribute various perspectives in both the operational and strategic HR work.
You will also have close collaboration with colleagues in the payroll unit, which together with the HR team constitutes Vimmerby municipality's HR department. The role may also include staffing our HR-direct service, which serves as a gateway to us in HR.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in Human Resources/Personnel Science or another equivalent education that the employer deems relevant for the position, combined with several years of experience in similar work
- Experience working with work environment issues/SAM and OSA
- Good general IT skills and knowledge of and interest in digital tools and system support
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- A valid driver's license (B)

The position may transition into a permanent position as an HR generalist.
