Experience working with associations and course activities for the public is an advantage, as well as experience working with the target group of people with disabilities.

To succeed and thrive in the role of Development Manager, you are flexible and possess the ability to switch between both strategic and operational tasks.

You need to be able to independently manage your work, plan according to our operational plan and where the needs are. To do a good job, you need to be good at building relationships with, for example, associations, circle leaders, and participants.

As a person, you are passionate about folk education and enjoy working on development and improvements together with others. You have a well-developed ability to collaborate and a high understanding of how to communicate with other people. You are also comfortable using available IT tools for data management in our processes. In addition, we expect you to have excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You also need a minimum of a B driver's license and access to a car, as travel is required in the position.

We are looking for someone who

• Is driven and full of ideas!

• Is creative and engaged!

• Values folk education!

• Communicates easily in speech, writing, and digital environments.

• Collaborates well with colleagues and partners.

• Has a good ability to independently prioritize, structure, plan, and execute your tasks according to an established plan.
